Prime Joint is located on the east park food scene in the vicinity of the University of Zambia entrance. They have a versatile space that is meant to appeal to foodies and eclectic kin that want to grab some unique rustic furnishings from Rust and Rail or skin care products from the Essential skin care brand.

Prime Jointβs menu is streamlined with not more than five options in the burger, open sandwich, salad, specialties and grilled menu sections. I suppose this makes it easier to focus on quality and consistency of each plate leaving the kitchen and Iβm here for it. I learned from our waiter that they also cater for private and corporate events. Birthday lunch anyone?
My friend and I kept our options meaty, I ordered the T-bone with mustard mash and roasted veggies and my friend ordered the sticky finger pork ribs with French fries and a salad.
The food was well presented, well seasoned and quite delicious. The steak was tender and well complimented by the mustardy mash and fresh greens. I got to nibble a bit of the ribs and they were quite moist and satisfying to taste. I am just not sure how they were 600g when I saw them, my love for rib racks π . This spot is in its prime especially where its food and vibe are concerned, they make the cut!
