This suave cafe is located in the Arcades Mall area within the bank park along the food court. Mint Lounge has such a great ambiance with its outlay and aesthetic screaming green, airy and fresh all the day long.
Mint Lounge provides an assortment of meals Inspired By Nature and like Three Trees, they have remained consistent in their delivery from my first dining experience there.
I ordered the Chicken, Feta, Apple and Avocado Salad which had grilled chicken strips, served with feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, apple, avocado, fresh peppers and olives on a bed of organic greens. This salad had good balance of soft, chewy and crunchy bits, plus the taste and flavours all worked well, that salad dressing just tied all the textures together nicely. I washed it all down with a creamy piece of cheesecake too.
There is a consistency to the service and food quality with each meal at Mint, no complaints live here.
